Mexican specialty coffee, type Altura Superior Chiapas Adelita, is famous for its unmistakable, sweet and light taste. Grown in small plantations in large and central areas of Chiapa in Mexico, Altura or "high" coffee. Grown at an Altitude of 2100 meters.
With a mild body, low acidity with pleasant aromas of ripe fruit together with underlying notes of milk chocolate and almonds. Present in the aftertaste are sweet nuances of wafer and malt.
