Mexican specialty coffee, type Altura Superior Chiapas Adelita, is famous for its unmistakable, sweet and light taste. Grown in small plantations in large and central areas of Chiapa in Mexico, Altura or "high" coffee. Grown at an Altitude of 2100 meters.
This Arabica coffee from Mexico is roasted in a way to achieve the characteristics of great tasting coffee - a mild body, low acidity with pleasant aroma of roasted biscuits and notes milk chocolate and almonds. Present in the aftertaste are sweet nuances of wafer and malt.
