This coffee is from South America. Columbia is one of the largest and finest producers of gourmet coffee. Supremo is the highest grade of Colombian coffee bean. Grown at a considerable height of 1450-1600 metres above sea level. It is a fully washed coffee harvested between April to September.
We roast our Arabica Columbian supremo beans to a full city roast to produce an even fuller bodied cup. The extraction of this coffee has a long lasting golden crema in the cup, distinct fragrance is of rich cocoa, very nice mouthfeel with medium acidity, pleasantly balanced coffee, the fine acidity reveals notes of fruit and cocoa - in the prolonged aftertaste aromas of candied orange peel.
