Growing at an elevation from 800-1200 metres asl. Full sun cultivation. NY -2 is the classification of the number of defects established by the NewYork coffee and sugar exchange- there are 8 categories and as NY -1 does not exist, NY-2 is the one with least number of defects. Screen size is 17/18 that is the obviously the best, fine cup is the cleanliness / cupping results tasted by the Brazilian cupping system.

Cerrado Dulce is a beautiful selection of coffee, after roasting the crema in the cup is thick and abundant, creamy mouthfeel, fragrance is of cereals and roasted hazelnuts, a very nice well balanced coffee.
